The service from Just Floors was brilliant from choosing my carpet to the insulation date was outstanding. Tom the carpet fitter was polite and very professional. The carpet was laid in my landing, stairs and 4 bedrooms. It was done with great care and professionalism. They look absolutely stunning. Thankyou Tom and just floors. I highly recommend 10/10.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris came out to measure up and also guide us around the different choices we had , once the order was placed Tom came to visit as there were some question marks over our floor levels, he completely put my mind at rest. The job took two days to complete and the finished result looks absolutely fantastic. I would have no hesitation recommending Just Floors Stoke and Tom and his fitting team. We visited lots of other flooring stores as we were looking for a very specific colour, and this company was the only one with such a wide range of options. Chris was brilliant, he kindly let me take a sample home to make sure it matched perfectly and was so helpful throughout. We have just had laminate flooring pit down in our living room by Just Floors From the first point of contact, their service has been second to none. Chris came to measure up and recommended what was the best type of flooring, then Tom and the team turned up to fit it.
