Wonderful caring staff can't speak highly of this care company. They go the extra mile.
The carers are really uncaring and horrible, they don't even spend 10 minutes at a call and a call should be for 30 minutes as that's what they are getting paid. They are cold and show no compassion how can they treat a frail elderly person with neurological conditions like this it's a disgrace. Management need to send their carers on a course to learn what empathy and warmth is!
