We visited the showroom at Just Blinds in June 2025 and we were very impressed with the displays and the range of blinds available. Laurence came out to our home to quote for an awning, gable end blinds and 3 Intu blinds for the bi-fold doors and he gave excellent advice and expected time scales of 4-6 weeks. We experienced quite a few issues with our order due to the complexity of the gable end blinds, miscommunication due to a change of staff, so the Intu blinds were not ordered, and the fabric going out of stock causing f... read more
Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased with the blinds Phil and the team of fitters have done a fantastic job explaining everything thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. Left the areas all clean and tidy thanks for a great job ☺️
We had an outstanding experience with Just Blinds from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and professional. The salesman was especially great — he came to measure the day after we moved in, and despite the chaos of boxes everywhere, he was incredibly patient and accommodating. The fitter was fantastic. He took a lot of care with the installation, made sure everything was just right, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and was genuinely lovely to have in our home. Just had day and night blinds fitted in our large bay window and a new blind fitted in our bathroom . They were fitted by Scott who did an excellent job and explained how our day and night blinds worked. The staff who came out to measure were very helpful and polite also.
