Dean at Just at water, Barnet is amazing . We bought all our bathroom sets through him and he even helped when something had gone wrong. Excellent service. Definitely recommend them.
From start to finish, Ian was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Through multiple appointments, he guided us in choosing our bathroom items making sure everything complemented our tiles perfectly. When we faced issues he personally took care of it without any hassle — even coming out to our home to fix things himself. We are very grateful for all his help and highly recommend Ian and the Just Add Water team!

We had a mixed but ultimately disappointing experience with Just Add Water. Our initial consultation was great, and Ian was fantastic in helping us design our new bathroom, especially as we had only vague ideas of what we wanted. We put the order on hold for a few months until we had our fitter booked, to start late January. We spoke to Ian and were reassured if we ordered everything before Christmas it would arrive in good time, so we placed the order in mid-December.
