I had booked by email since the phone line(s) were down for some reason. I received an email response confirming my booking. When I showed up there was no record of the booking. Then they proceeded to blame me for booking via email! Even stating you need to make sure you have the correct numbers! We then paid the fee in cash and did not receive a full hour. We will not be back.
Pat was absolutely amazing! I had a 1 hour massage for my back, neck, shoulders and arms after coming off a long flight and full day of travelling. She was able to work out my tension with the perfect amount of pressure and I left feeling so much lighter!
Avoid. They advertise on Treatwell for booking online, then you do it, get confirmation and show up to be told they filled the space and can’t accommodate you. What that really means is that they don’t want to pay Treatwell their fees for using their online booking service and take a cash client instead. This has now happened multiple times and it’s just ridiculous. They are multiple other massage places around the area that are far more serious and committed to their clients.
