Poor timing if you're looking for an apartment complex offering excellent support. Under new management and very clear that the transition has disrupted all conveniences like rent payment, maintenance support, and cleaning staff. For luxury apartments, the sound-proofing seems to have been done haphazardly and footsteps, pets, children, music, etc. can be easily heard through the walls.
