MOVE-IN: I have fleas in my carpet. They give me a credit on my monthly bill. MOVE-OUT: They tell me there is a stain in the carpet. I never caused any stains, but they charged me a deep carpet clean fee. Disappointing. However, the positives are nice buildings, modern appliances and location. Most of the people who work here are great.
I was there for a month in business it was really good. I loved the pool, gym and clubhouse. What I didn't like was the clubhouse and pool closed at 9pm..way to early when you have people working long days! Overall it was great

We love our apartment. It's quiet, private and modern.
So far I love everything about this community. The application process was uncomplicated, I love the look of the apartment and the community areas, coffee available in the morning, plenty of parking space, a social calendar and friendly neighbors.
