Bought a Golf R from this dealership recently. The car itself was a decent example and was listed for a reasonable price, so no complaints there; the car does need a little tidying up, but this was expected for the age of the vehicle. However the car really should have been prepped better, the interior was still dirty even when collecting the car; there was plenty of staining on the seats and the back of the interior was very dusty (pictures attached). Came to view 2 range rovers, great car sales rep, we were able to drive both cars were so conflicted on what to get between sport/autobiography land rover but what i loved is there was no pressure although we didnt end up buying a car i thought they were very professional, cars well looked after and very friendly. Whilst having great difficulty in finding a car to suit my Mother in-law's needs and many months of disappointing/false viewings we came across Junction 17 Grantham. Found the perfect car on there website, arranged a viewing. The car was immaculate..... The service we received from Ian and Luke today was also brilliant! Also friendly helpful staff!
