First of all, reserved the BMW over the phone for 2 weeks prior to arriving 2 weeks later, however after one week had past the car wasn't shown as reserved! Phone them and rest assured it was just an error on the website & auto trader, gave them the benefit of the doubt. If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all it all started off smoothly with me fetching my car down to Grantham which is about 90 miles away as Charlie sold me the dream. Once my car was there I heard nothing for about 30days and then I got a list of work that really didn’t need to be done on my car before they would list it (windscreen wipes smear, loose mirror glass, seat back loose and here’s the best one, brake fluid contaminated(I’d had new callipers on with receipts to prove it so knew it wasn’t contaminated) anyway... read more
