Dr. Ling and his staff have been extremely helpful, professional and most importantly skilled in his field!! Thank you
I wasn't too impressed with this doctor. Though he was pleasant, he wasn't too helpful and I felt my visits with him were a waste of time. I also felt that there was little empathy when he said that there was nothing he could do to help me and that my condition would probably not improve. I felt that a few tests might have been in order, but apparently not. He just seemed to shrug off my misfortune and that was not a pleasant feeling. All in all, I would not return in the future.
Tis Dr. is horrible and his staff is even worse. When you have a legitimate concern they brush you off and speak rudely. My daughter surgery was scheduled for 6 months in advance to have her tonsils and adenoids taken out after finding out that they were enlarged and narrowing her airway. the doctor cancelled the surgery a month before and never notified me. We had taken time off work and school to be there for our child and we couldn't get that time back, it was lost and wasted bc the dr felt it necessary to go on vacation ... read more
Dr. Ling is a highly skilled professional whom I had the privilege to have him perform my surgery. Aside from his skills, he also has exceptional bedside manners. He listens to your concerns and is proactive, rather than reactive when it comes to providing medical care. He is a true asset to our community. We need more empathic physicians who respects his patient's time, and feelings.
I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer & nervous with going into my appointment. The lady at the front desk was very kind & helpful with my questions. The wait for Dr. Ling was long but well worth it. He was kind & considerate to my needs & very knowledgeable towards my concerns. I was visually upset & the staff reassured me that Dr. Ling had much experience & I would get the best care possible. Awesome dr super nice and knowledge in his field but his front house staff needs to be replaced completely won't be back and was considering reporting to the Ontario college of physicians because of delay for surgery over missed appointment that they where negligent over and tried to charge me for!!!!
Dr Ling and his staff were great,explained everything to me and spoke with my husband when the surgery was done. He did a great job.
This Dr. and his "Staff" are a joke. I had a problem with nasal polyps and went in for surgery, was seen for 5 minutes and told I didn't have them, supposedly "fixed" my deviated septum, still have issues. Was going to go back for an appointment and was told I had a balance of $100 over 8 years later! They put a $100 office fee from a decade ago above a patients health, that should tell you everything. Immediately went to a better specialist!
Dr Ling removed my thyroid for cancer. I was worried about the surgery but everything turned out good. He answered all my questions about the surgery and I had confidence that he would do a good job. His staff were excellent in booking a sooner time for the operation and the nurses and staff at the hospital made it easier for me during this stressful time. I feel fortunate to have such good medical care in Windsor.
