Awesome doctor. Great experience. Surgery went well and now I'm better than ever.
I would highly suggest you find another doctor. Maybe only financially motivated Dr Ling and his staff unquestionably do not care for their patients. Long, long, long waits.... well over an hour for every single appt including followup which he rushes in and won’t even listen to your concern for your child. Staff threatens steep charges if you try to reschedule appts.... completely unacceptable. I have seen some disappointing doctors but this takes the cake.
Read so many reviews before my surgery because I was with another ent before him I went to him with the higher review ratings and I regret it very much He rushes all the appointments which makes me think he over books since his waiting time is at least two hours unless you go first thing in the morning when they open He has specifically told me to make my appointment go faster since he had other patients but my appointment just started and I was telling him about a concern I had. Dr. Ling removed my sons tonsils and adenoids, experience was great. We only saw him at the end of October and had surgery scheduled for July 2020 but thanks to a cancellation we skipped the line by 8 months, he was friendly, and informative! Very pleased.
Excellent experience! After months of strep throat he agreed to perform a tonsillectomy. He was fantastic from the initial consult up and throughout the healing process. After a slight self inflicted complication he was able to get me in the next morning to ensure I didn’t disrupt the site! Fantastic doctor.
First time. Great doctor, listened to my concerns. Responded in a clear way without being condescending. So great!
This Dr is the best doctor in the world. He is very calm and peacful and he is super smart. He is probably the best dad to his kid. What all the people say is not real, and the reason he was being rude is because most of the patients are real mean, and he is tired of the nonsense. If you say he was being rude, it is probably because you guys are real a**. Not a great experience! My daughter has water behind her eardrum and when we went to see him for the results he didn’t even bother looking in her ear. Also gave me over a year for a surgery date, so she is just supposed to live with water in her ear until then. I suggested I would scout another doctor and he suggested I may want to go pay for the procedure in the US when in fact the wait time is much shorter in nearby Chatham.
Had nothing but good experience with Dr Ling. He is busy and yes waits are long at times but this is no different than any other specialist I have been to. He treated me with kindness and compassion.
