Dr. Ling is truly the ninja of nose surgeries. He has steady hands and is the best guy to go with if your having any surgery. He did a deviated septum with perfect results. He explains your options and outlook for success with calculated odds you would expect from a Surgeon. The best option is this area and levels above the guy he shares an office with. This country and failed health care system needs more surgeons like Dr. Ling. His staff is also pretty good. They will make you wait to see him but it is worth it.
The worst bedside manners . This Dr is the worst human being I have met. He does not care what so ever about anything you have to say. We waited for an hour with my 4 & 2 year to see him only to say his hearing test was good, which I was already aware of but I had a concern about his tonsils and when I addressed it to him, he didnt care and wouldn't look in my sons mouth. Great Dr. Surgery went well. Kinda long waits but worth it.
My surgery went great. I can now breathe through my nose and it has been years since I could do this. Thank you so much Dr Ling!
Dr is Rude. Spent less than 2 mins with me and walked out of the room, I requested to ask a question but he just walked out. His won staff was wondering why certain steps weren't followed by him and checks were missing. Wait time was 50 minutes beyond my appointment time but I won't complain about that, everyone has it less or more.
Dr Ling fixed my eardrum that became badly retracted at some point years ago. I was having major hearing issues in my right ear. I had to have people repeat themselves multiple times and it was affecting me at work because I have to talk to people all day. Very frustrating. It took a little while and two minor surgeries to get it done but Dr Ling was great the whole time. He's always happy to answer questions, doesn't treat me like an idiot. I was sent to the doctor for further investigation of moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears, which occurred about 7 or 8 years ago, when I was about 37 years old. At that time my hearing was tested and I'd only been advised that I did have this hearing loss and it was of "a natural nature", and I needed hearing aids. At that time, it was not Dr. Ling I saw, but Dr. Elbrecki, who worked out of the same office. I was sent next door to purchase hearing aids, which costed thousands of dollars. I can't thank Dr Ling enough for his help with my sinus problem. I had really bad polyps and the surgery went good. I can breath again!
Excellent experience. Took the time to explain my issues. Busy office though. Staff were really nice.
