Excellent doctor! Well worth the wait, it took me 6 weeks to get in & about an hour in the waiting room.
I had a wait but it was well worth it. The staff & Dr. Ling were helpful & knowledgeable throughout my issue. I was nervous & they made me feel comfortable & reassured me that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him.

Great Doctor/Surgeon for Thyroid Removal Surgery. Did a wonderful job and did a great job with the incision on my neck, hardly any scar after only a few weeks. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone in the Essex County region that needs a ENT Surgeon.

He is an excellent doctor who is always kind and patient with me. I had sinus issues which have now resolved after his surgery. Wait can sometimes be long but that is what I expected for a busy specialist. Office staff are very nice and helpful.
Absolutely useless. If you have severe tinnitus, expect a brushoff. Seems to subscribe netipots for everything. Just buy your own.
Dr. Ling performed a thyroidectomy on me. He did such a wonderful job, you can barely see the scar and he was very helpful and answered all my questions as best as he can. Highly recommended.
