I had sinus surgery years ago by a physician and it helped a little. I went back and asked to see a different physician and was sent to Dr. Ling. I couldn't be happier. He is very polite. Answers every question asked. Very prompt. In over a year, i have never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment. His staff is friendly and helpful and easy to get ahold of. The surgery couldn't have went any better. I am very pleased with the results with Dr. Ling.
fractured nose a few times + broke it (years ago) and septum is deviated , X-RAYs to prove- waited 6 weeks to have Dr Ling come in for 7 minutes and tell me my solution is this magical salt and water rinse. Mind you he did not even check my nose thoroughly, did not ask elaborate questions about my pain, previous injuries to the nose, my healing process. This Doctor was great with me and my son, but we waited 4 months to see him even though my son has a hearing loss and just needed an ENT to sign the government form. Then when we got there, it took 3 hours to see him. The staff was never easy to get hold of. We were in for 10 minutes, he signed the form and sent us on our way.
He did a tonsils and adenoids removal to my son , deviated septum and sinus surgery to me. Highly recommend .
I have just completed a nose surgery and everything went well. Dr. Ling was patient and answered all of my questions. Would recommend highly.
I had a deviated septum. A month after surgery it felt worse than before. At the follow-up appointment he told me I would have to use nose drops and rinse 2 to 4 times a day for up to 6 months before I'd feel results!!!! I couldn't believe it! He had never told me given me this post-op information before. I just went to my GP because I felt there was something wrong and sure enough he verified I STILL HAVE A DEVIATED SEPTUM! He botched the surgery and told me it would 6 months to clear up.

Great surgeon! Can barely see my scar! I was worried, but Dr. Ling was able to calm my fears. Awesome result.
Excellent doctor who helped me with my problems. Would highly recommend.
