This firm are unbelievably good. 100% reliable - they turn up when they say they will. And their charges are very, very competitive. They took great care - they even supervised the installation of the scaffolding to ensure no damage to plants and decking. They came back afterwards to repair a few bits and bobs, at no additional cost. They were cheerful, courteous and genuinely pleasant to have around. They took deliveries for me when I was at work. I was sorry to see them leave!
