All I wanted to do was change a appointment. Left on hold for ages even though I am caller zero in the queue. When someone eventually answered in a Scottish accent I was clearly on loudspeaker so I could not hear what was being said. I only asked twice to repeat what the question was then the phone was switched to handset and I received a YOUR NAME in a stern tone! If I could give 0 stars I would. They discharge you even if you have recent suicide attempts. No care for anyone
Was made to feel worthless, pathetic and shameful during & after a home visit. Absolutely robotic interrogation with no compassion at all. Obviously never been through mental health struggles & only ticking boxes.
Useless, been here 3 times and the 3rd I've been refused help. I've got really bad depression, anxiety and anger issues but they don't want to help as I won't self harm. It show how bad things are if you've to self harm to get help. Welcome to Norfolk!!!!
