Wouldn't even give them 1! Took our deposit 8weeks ago for delivery 4/6 weeks. Then nothing. Started chasing up. Told been delay. Visits to showroom. A very unhelpful lady then told us they would fitted yesterday (11th Sept). Nobody turned up. Phoned showroom and same "unhelpful lady' said he was still coming but running late. Nothing. Today showroom door locked and only answer machine available. BE WARNED!
My Wife and I recently paid a visit to Judson blinds to arrange coverings for our bay window. We spoke to a lovely girl Charlotte, she was so helpful. Charlotte showed us lots of pattern books and had loads of patience with us. We had a really nice man come out and take accurate measurements for us at no cost! Started off ok ordered two sets of shutters, bedroom ones were done first, they were the wrong size, one panel had a piece missing had to come back with trims all this took an eternity. Lounge set took a while to arrive again then the centre panel opens on its own Judson cams back once and now ignore all our phone calls as the problem is still there. Also bedroom ceiling was damaged when the fitting took place. Can’t recommend them definitely wouldn’t use again.
Amazing customer service, the blinds are top quality and Charlotte went above and beyond to help us chose what we wanted and to fit us in so quickly
What amazing service and the lady that I delt with Charlotte was so helpful. She couldn't do enough for me, I was mithering her and she still when above and beyond for me. Great company thank you very much
