Rude and lazy receptionists as well as obnoxious and inefficient clinical staff.
I picked up my repeat prescription this morning and it was the wrong thing. I have a ventalin for years prescribed by Dr Ghandi. I was left the cheaper version AND ita been changed on my repeat !!!. I went back to the receptionist Lisa and I ve got tosay she was amazing and ao helpful. She did the Anima for.me and changed it. Can't thank her enough. She ordered it straight away. Brilliant service from Lisa. PLEAAE GETBIT RIGHT NEXT TIME !!!!!
Myself and my family have been coming to this GP practice for over 30 years. I was always happy with Dr Ling's care and professionalism and since she has retired, I now prefer to see Dr Lewis. I always feel very well looked after by him and listened to.
