went there for blood test, waited for nearly an hour because their IT system wasn't working. reception seems reluctant to do anything to maintain a proper queueing system - people arrived late who went to the room can be seen first; but no one cares people who sit in the waiting area, and many of them waited for at least half an hour.
The palatines sessions are very helpful

I picked up my repeat prescription this morning and it was the wrong thing. I have a ventalin for years prescribed by Dr Ghandi. I was left the cheaper version AND ita been changed on my repeat !!!. I went back to the receptionist Lisa and I ve got tosay she was amazing and ao helpful. She did the Anima for.me and changed it. Can't thank her enough. She ordered it straight away. Brilliant service from Lisa. PLEAAE GETBIT RIGHT NEXT TIME !!!!!
