I had a frustrating experience when purchasing two tyres for my Jaguar XE. After handing over my wheel lock, I was left waiting for nearly an hour after they unlocked the driver-side tyre. When they finally returned my wheel lock, it wasn’t the one I had given them—it was an incompatible lock that doesn’t work with Jaguar vehicles. To make matters worse, my wheel bolt was only hand-tightened, and now it’s coming loose. I’m extremely disappointed and upset. I will never return, nor would I recommend their service to anyone.
