I contacted John as I was really struggling with a trapped nerve in my neck. After having some physio appointments I wasn’t finding any relief. One session with John and I was moving around and in less pain. A few days after our appointment I was able to move so much better and drive my car!! A Lovely guy and very professional. If you’ve aches pains strains need a massage back cracking physio therapy accidents at work that need seeing to goto John he’s a great bloke knows his stuff I’ve had mine today sports massage and mobility work never had one before results to follow
