Dealt with Sam who was a good guy, and we had a great car from them It was like a 9 hours round trip from me, but worth the trip for what seems to be a great car. Sam was a really nice guy to deal with, and he was as helpful as anyone could have been. Didn’t really need any after sale service, so I can’t really comment on that, but my wife and I were overall impressed with everything and the way the deal went. Fantastic experience buying my new car with Sam from JST. He went above and beyond what we expected making sure the car was fit and ready for us for when we arrived so that if we liked it we could drive away. The car was brilliant, the service was brilliant and we have the comfort of the warranty they offer which is really good. Would highly recommend.
Bought a beast of an F Pace off JST back in October 2024 (3.0 Supercharged V6 Petrol). Dealt with Sam all the way through the process. Couldn't fault him. No pressure when coming to see the car, sorted an issue before handing over and even delivered at no extra cost. Answered all queries and provided all paperwork and photos of the car whilst it was being prepped. Had an issue with the car after purchase and was sorted with no fuss. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car off them in the future and recommend this dealer.
