My cars' engine undertray got torn and was literally dragging it and was also due for MOT, rang garage and unfortunately fully booked for the MOT on the date I preferred but Josh kindly took my car in to look at the urgent problem on that same day and sorted it there and then. Didnt even charged me for the work! Very kind and this has put my faith back in garages/ mechanics again as I have had some bad experience with garages.
