Spoke to a member of staff recently couldn't believe how incredibly rude and aggressive he was to a perspective customer Richard I'm sure was his name...Left me feeling somewhat intimidated.. Not for me thanks
I had a good experience at JRS today, Richard was helpful and allowed me time to view the car and gave me a good deal on my part exchange.
Having just now read there reviews it’s become somewhat apparent they a creating false positive reviews? How scandalous I was literally going to view a Suzuki they have for sale on the way down to my caravan in Cornwall however in retrospect I’ll give it a miss and look elsewhere 20 Negatives that speaks volumes…………..

My grandmother, who is 80, bought a Toyota RAV4 from this company online after being assured it had 2 previous owners. When the car arrived, she was only shown the middle pages of the V5 logbook — the front page, which would of revealed 7 owners, was deliberately not shown to her. Happy with my experience at JRS. I went to JRS with my 80 year old grandmother yesterday to view their Ravs. My grandmother purchased a 2012 Rav-4 from them today and as soon as she arrived they were professional and even went out in the car with her driving and then in the passenger seat so she could get a feel for the car. When she said she will think about it yesterday and ring the following day with a decision they assured us that the car would be on hold till then.
