Been to many physios over the last 20 years and called it a day till I was recommended JRM, you get a lot of work done in the appointment time, very hands on, great facilities, clean and professional, clear explanations, found my new physio and highly recommend them to anyone.
Following a nasty slip where it looked like I had done some serious damage to my knee, I was able to get an appointment straight away. Esther was brilliant and got me doing the right exercises to ensure my recovery was a speedy one - fantastic overall service, I would highly recommend JRM!
I originally came to see Thomas as I’d hurt my knee and was recommended from the doctor to see a physio - one session and some exercises and it was great! I carried on seeing him for some neck pain I had been having and a lot of headaches, after a few sessions, exercises, deep massage and acupuncture my neck is so much looser and my headaches have significantly reduced.
