Credit my money back, you suck
Your software does not work and crashed my computer. You make bad software and then rip people off. No contact number.
Scam company who does not care. No email or phone number for customer service. No way to contact them for assistance. They only direct you to forums and FAQs. They do not want to deal with you after they have your money.
Longtime user of this excellent media player on my windows 10 pc. Just wish they had an app for my iphone.
support is garbage, you ask to fix bugs that exist years and they ignore you delete your post and manipulate the whole forum to the personal money graping taste... this company is the worst of all. I wish I haven't spend my money on this crapware.
This media ctr. has it all. I use it with fidelizer and a tube headphone amp and I am transported to NIRVANA.
Maybe okay with a small library but huge issues with a large complex one. I have organized my library by genre and it resides on dedicated hard drive, Jriver has problems with "long file names" and considers the path part of the file name, so if you organize your library you are likely to run into long file names. There is no support - help consists of a FAQ ( which is not very good) and Forum which has way too many entries (that's telling). If you are able to contact a person ( I did) they will tell you to search the forums... read more
