Dr Pooley is the best Doctor at this surgery but The receptionists are very abrupt and have a serious attitude problem.
I absolutely love DR Pooley and the staff at JRB. I have always been treated respectfully. The service is amazing. I am sad to be leaving this surgery but have now moved out of the catchment area. I can not thank them enough. 10/10 service every time.
Absolutely outstanding. So kind and caring and willing to help. Its like private care you will do well here.
There late all the time but when I'm stuck in traffic refuse to see my daughter when it costs me 20quid to travel there!! Absolute shit i carnt control the traffic !! Il be moving doctors it's gone down hill these past few years for sure!
I have recently joined this practice It has restored my faith in a welcoming, supportive environment, the GP I saw was amazing, put me on the right medication I feel so much better, in knowing I am having the best person centred care. Thank you JRB
