The field service tech was awesome. Very professional, polite and knew his stuff. Also, during this COVID-19 time, he wore a mask, gloves and fabric booties while servicing my system in my house. Outside he also kept his self-protective gear on. Very impressed with attention to safety for their customers and their staff during this time.
A crew from J.R. Bolton installed a fireplace insert at my house making the room lovely and warm. It's beautiful, and the crew who installed it were so impressive: skilled, efficient, and very courteous. I couldn't be more pleased.
Dario came out to service my gaslight . He did an excellent job ! Very nice and trustworthy. Will use him again.
Richard came today to service my HVAC system. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and proceeded to do that very professionally. Richard is a great asset to your field service team. I have one of J. R. Bolton's biyearly HVAC system check up and maintenance contracts. They are worth every penny. It has kept my system up and running continuously for 10+ years.
Dario serviced our gas fireplace that sorely needed to be serviced. He cleaned/repaired and efficiently handled all of the concerns we had. Job was neatly and rapidly done; easily the best service we've had for this in the past 15 years. We couldn't be more pleased with the job, and plan/hope to use him again for our annual maintenance.
Great experience. Called when they said they'd call. Arrived when they said they'd arrive. Fixed my ventless gas logs...they're now working great. The Bolton rep, named Ross, was friendly, personable, efficient and skillful. What more could anybody want! I highly recommend!
Dissatisfied with new grill delivered 11-1. Scott the salesman said it's a warranty issue for a brand new grill just delivered. Needs a new wiring harness. WARRANTY ISSUE! New grill?! No way. I requested a replacement. He stated "I don't work on Mondays. I will contact the warranty department on Tuesday. ". I want a replacement for a grill that has never been used, just delivered and costs more than 5k.

As stated, Scot is working on resolving the issue and will contact the manufacturer Tuesday morning. Once Scot speaks to the manufacturer, he will know what the resolution is. It will be the manufacturer's determination as to whether they replace the whole grill or the component. If the manufacturer will approve a new grill, we will certainly provide that. We simply won't know until we start the warranty process. We can provide an update after speaking to the manufacturer.
Dario did a fine job at cleaning / services my 4 fireplaces. He was on time, explained what he would be doing, and kept me informed along the way. Price was as quoted via the phone. We use JR Bolton for our a/c & heating units servicing. Yes, I recommend Dario & JR Bolton.
