I have known Karis for many years. I wanted to get a Mendota Gas Fireplace and she patiently assisted me for quite some time. After a while we decided to go forward with it during an extensive remodel. We love it during the cold months! Charles also deserves accolades for being an excellent service technician. Overall we could not be happier with our experience with everyone at J.R. Bolton.
JR Bolton is an excellent company. I have used them for 18 years for my furnace and HVAC equipment and they have always provided the highest quality of service. On the most recent problem, I asked them to send someone out to my house to determine if flooding in my basement was from the hot water heater. Not only did the service person (Al) check out the hot water heater, he checked all the plumbing in my basement and crawl space and was able to determine where the problem was. Scot did an excellent job of building the proposal based on what we wanted. Dario did the installation and was extremely thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
Chris B**** was the JR Bolton tech who came to my home within a few hours of my call, even though I was not scheduled for service. He assessed the issue that was causing my heating unit to shut down on an extremely cold morning, which was due to a faulty wire that cut off communication between the thermostat and the heating system.
