Charles is very professional and thorough. He explains things clearly and is very personable. He has helped maintain our system for a very long time, which we appreciate.
Chris did an excellent job servicing our air conditioners. He was thorough and took special care to clean our units. This young man was so polite and courteous. JR Bolton is lucky to have this employee.
Chris arrived on time and was very professional in all of our interactions. He patiently evaluated my A.C. / Heating system and fixed a couple of long term issues that were very annoying but didn't require parts so there was no charge. During the evaluation of the A.C. units, he identified a part that was nearing failure and replaced it with a fair charge at my direction. Charles and Ross did a nice job today servicing our three AC units, two hot water heaters and a gas burning fireplace. We appreciate their courteous and professional approach. Now we are ready for summer heat and cool fall weather.
This is a wonderful company. Every employee that has done work for us is mannerly and super nice. They strive to treat your home with care. I highly recommend them for maintenance and any installation. The have changed out a heating /ac system, installed a sealed Mendosa fireplace, and a electric turbine attic vent. They maintained our home for the previous owner and we have continued our service contract with them for the last 5 years.All GREAT employees!!! FIVE STAR

The staff at J.R. Bolton are very punctual, well trained, and pleasant to work with. They have bee the installer and service provider for our home for the last 10+ years. I have recommended them to numerous friends over that time. They are a quality company with a great staff!!
Awesome service. Profession, friendly, and fixed the problem. Homeowner is Rick D*** cancelled the service contract so the maintenance was overdue. Thankfully it was still reparable!
I have known Karis for many years. I wanted to get a Mendota Gas Fireplace and she patiently assisted me for quite some time. After a while we decided to go forward with it during an extensive remodel. We love it during the cold months! Charles also deserves accolades for being an excellent service technician. Overall we could not be happier with our experience with everyone at J.R. Bolton.
