Angel H the installer from Bolton Services (Fireplace) came to my home today and installed our brand new gas fireplace logs and did the whole set-up including painting the inside of the stone walls, Angel made it so beautiful, Angel walked through step by step in every move he was making and at the end made sure I understood how the remote operates. He was so respectful of my home and very professional. I will ask and refer Angel H to everyone when dealing with Bolton Fireplaces. Thank you!!!!!
Angel came out to do maintenance on 2 fireplaces. One had been serviced previously by another company who told me I had to replace it. Angel cleaned it and got it working. Both fireplaces look great and work now. Very professional service.
We went to JR Bolton in search of a new natural gas grill for our patio. We met with Karis who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly in helping us find the perfect grill for our needs. She went over and beyond in answering all of our questions and made sure to schedule our install with one of their Best technicians/installer. Technician was excellent and offered to do job immediately after giving us the estimate which we appropriated. He ran the line 16" underground going 4" deeper than what is necessary to be at code. This company is excellent.
As a homeowner doing business with JRBolton for many years, I would have said they offered 5-star customer service. But recently I recommended them to a design client of mine for the purpose of purchasing and installing a new gas fireplace. Michelle, I am sorry you felt the need to post this negative review. As we have told you previously, we were not hired as a project manager. Project management was not included in the scope of work. You can refer to the homeowner's invoice to verify this. It is up to contractors to follow instructions in the provided installation manual. Angel was our installer. He was and his helper were very customer friendly, timely and let me know what they were doing also cleaned up after themselves.
Ross, the technician, arrived within the promised two-hour window and was very professional and efficient. He explained the problem with our Rennai Water Heater and fixed the issue quickly.
My AC stop cooling 7/17 and JR Bolton came 7/18 and thanks to Jeff B. hard work he got my AC back to cooling and working. He is the best and I really appreciate him getting everything back to normal. They are the best. If you need any service please make sure you call JR Bolton Co.
