Super great lady on the phone, and fair enough introductory rates. When the tech showed up, his communication was lacking. He tried to pump up the charges from a simple service call to several thousand dollars. I spoke to the service manager who was very kind, and tried to explain why was going on, however, after I thought we had agreed on services needed, and pricing, the tech still continued to strong arm my wife into paying much more than what I was told.After a second conversation with the still super nice service manage... read more

Hello! I commend Bolton for always showing up on time, when scheduled. However, the good things stop there.I overpaid for the installation of a 40G tank water heater. Over ****. I've since found out the usually price is around ****. I still can't believe how much I paid.Bolton first tried to sell me a tankless water heater but there was a lot of miscommunication about when one would be available, what size would be available, that I would need a new gas line, and that multiple holes would be required in my walls. I found Bolton Plumbing, ***************************** through the Rheem Water Heater website. The work I had done by Bolton was excellent. The heating and air employees were extremely professional, showed up on time, etc. I have no problem with any of that. I give them a 3 star due to issue with billing. You get a service done; pay a figure that is due and forget about it. A little over 2 months later, they say "Oh, you owe a balance of $550+ via text." Haven't seen an invoice, nothing to date.
