I'm disappointed with how JPW manages Cannock Court. Today, thieves enter the estate as if it were their own, steal my bike, and leave the estate unpunished. I've been asking for the door to bicycle room 2 to be properly repaired for two months. I've filed numerous complaints, but I never receive any full assistance.
JPW have acted for Via in a number of capacities on more than one occasion and delivered a very good personal service with an attention to detail that fully justifies their reputation for excellence.
My building recently switched from being managed by JLL, to JPW and the change in support and customer service has been outstanding! Avoid that estate management. Completely unprofessional people. Please don’t lie that I didn’t show or engage with any of our on site staff what else requires attention or cleaning. Cannot believe that you wrote this . Just look what you replied, what a nonsense ! We all glad that we don’t need to deal with you. If someone considering that company just better avoid them if you don’t want stress and troubles.
