I had an emergency that needed sorting out. I had no idea who to contact, my home Insurance was messing me around wanting to change stupid money. so I came across josh, he was very friendly and assertive on the phone, as soon as he attended my house he found the problem straight away, he assessed the work that needed to be done, he did a Fantastic job, very friendly and cleaned up my house after he finished his work. My elderly parents in law had a badly leaking bath tap which became worse throughout the day. We called out Josh that evening, aware of disturbing him. He arrived within 30 mins, identified the problem, changed 2 tap cartridges and tap heads then ensured all was safe before leaving. Josh was brilliant, helpful, professional and friendly. We are so grateful to Josh and will use and recommend him again. Thank you Josh, you saved a lot of worry. Paul.

Huge thank you to Josh for coming at short notice to fix my shower, he arrived right on time, clearly knew his stuff, diagnosed the problem and took the time and care to do the job properly.
