We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. From beginning to the end, John Ryan was a pleasure to work with. His team were polite, professional and punctual. They completed the main roof refurbishment including flaunching restoration, parapet wall repointing and repairs, chimney rehabilitation and flat roof waterproofing with high quality work. They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. Two nice men came on the day and did everything including clearing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.
