Ive been blown away with how good this garage is, both in fixing cars (in my case, a van) and the staff. I was told by other garages that my van had so many problems, it was over whelming. After speaking to a good friend, I was told to take it to J.peacocks in Westgate, It was highly recommended. Charged my battery and told me that was dead, so I purchased battery from them at £ 120. Fair enough. But they charged me £ 20 for the charge of my old battery.I asked a fair number of mechanics if they would have refunded me the money for the charge and 100 x cent of them said yes. Originally, after the charge I asked if they could be so kind to give me a jump start ( before I decided to buy their one). They refused, saying that was no point as was dead.
