Dr Lin help us deal with the medical documents for preschool, everything is clear and good!
I have requested records for two months of a Nerve test that was done in 2019. They tell me to call my referring doctor. They tell me they have no records prior to 2021. BY LAW all medical providers are to keep records for ten years and five years ON SITE. Now when I call they tell me the computer is down. I have reported this to my Insurance Companys Ombudsman since they are violating a Federal Law. I am trying to appeal a SSA denial. I will have to have the Attorneys office intervien at this point.

Dr. Lin is very nice and friendly with his patients regardless of their age. As our PCP, he has always taken good care of my children. One serious issue with them is the staff members, especially the girl at the front desk. She always talks disrespectfully to patients. Also, she is rude and doesn’t apologize.
It was our first visit. Their son at the front desk was very rude.
