James and his men did an excellent job of replacing the drains from our house. The drains (fibre cement from the 1960s) had reached their end of life and couldn't be resuscitated. We were faced with having to have trenches dug all through our garden, back and front. We were dreading the whole process, as well as the ensuing destruction to the garden. James and his team have just completed their second job for us this year. The first was installing a new sewerage treatment system to replace our outdated septic tank, and they have now put some land drainage in too. In both cases it has been really easy to have them here. They do a great job, explain everything clearly, adapt if things need to change and also were really considerate working around how we needed things done to accommodate our horses whose field the work was being done in. James and his team did a first class job on our new pump chamber. He came on schedule, supplied all the necessary equipment, completed the work and all the sundry finishing off brilliantly with no fuss. He and his team left the site completely tidy, as if no work had been done! He is a thoroughly knowledgeable expert who clearly enjoys doing a first class job. I can thoroughly recommend James and his team. Altogether a fantastic hassle free experience. Thank you James.
James did a CCTV drainage report for us today . He's so professional and knowledgeable. He cleared up a number of concerns for us and advised us. Highly recommend if you need anything drain related.
