Easiest five stars ever! Where to start? From the moment we arranged our first viewing to the moment we moved in, JP & Brimelow were fantastic. They overpriced the house, we put the house on the market with the value THEY gave us only to be told a few weeks later to drop the price by £25k. They couldn't understand my disappointment when I told them it was THEM who told us it was worth the value they gave us and now why would they want us to drop it by £25k. Also we were told the estate agents fees were a % of the sale price only to find out later there was a set lower limit fixed price which obviously was a lot more than the % of the house value, they clearly need m... read more
Fair to say that without the input of Carole and team at Brimelow, the chain we were involved in may well have collapsed during a lengthy process that was extremely frustrating for all involved. The Brimelow team managed to keep the process going despite the issues being caused by others in the chain. Very glad they were on our side.
Ryan came to value my property and showed me around a property for sale. On both occasions I found him to be friendly and extremely professional. Having dealt with other estate agents it was refreshing to liaise with someone who listened to my requirements in order to understood what type of property I wanted. He’s definitely an asset to JP and Brimelow.
Had a great experience so far - Eddie, Katie, and Lauren have all been super helpful, responsive, knowledgable, and friendly. Always feel like the team are on hand should I need anything, and they’ve made the process up to now really smooth. Thank you for all your help!
