Disappointed by this company. Generally tatty looking and disorganised. They couldn't reset the service interval, couldn't fix a minor issue with the numberplate, charged for a service without topping up the washer fluid. And the oil was still black. They didn't reply when I contacted them twice afterwards. I've no proof they actually did any work on my car at all.
I trust them with my car. They know exactly what they are doing. With or without appointment, they will have the job done
