I phoned this Agency about 4 months before putting a property up for sale to find out about their costs and service. Excellent service from Joyce Heeps Homes. Joyce quickly attended our property and agreed to market it ASAP, marketing photograph's were taken within days and it was on the market. Great correspondence from the office regarding viewings, kept up to date daily on all viewings and feedback, happy to say we had an offer within the week, we would highly recommend Joyce and her team. 10/10.
