Jotti carpets have done our carpets at home and flooring they’re absolutely great. We always use them
I had a lino fitting booked for Saturday at 3pm and they never came or rang. Went in on Sunday because no one was answering and they said they'll come for Monday from 9am till 9pm. Still a no show and to add to things they don't even answer the phone when I ring. Horrible service and absolutely ridiculous scheduling. They could pay me and I still wouldn't recommend their company to anyone.
