This company completely lied and delivered none of what was promised. Beware of a company that insists (as this one does) for a year contract. If they truly were as good as they claim to be their reputation would be the draw for continued service.
we have used three other pest control companies in years' past. joshuas has been by far the best. we have them do extra treatments before parties or arrival of visiting guests and they are always able to respond quickly and accommodate our schedule. they go out of their way to make us happy and we appreciate that.
As a small-business owner myself. I know folks usually only report complaints. I have been so impressed with this company since day one, I felt obligated to report a glowing recommendation. Every interaction with this company has led me to believe that Joshua’s not only provides a solid service, its employees have all received excellent customer service training. They are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a pest control service.
Joshua's has serviced my home for several years now. My experiences have always been positive. Our service technician is always on time, courteous and quite thorough. He always goes above and beyond to make certain we're satisfied. He gives us simple recommendations that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. We have received exceptional service from Joshua's. They provide good old fashion service at quite reasonable prices!!! Jon
I have had this service for a year and it was the worst experience ever. The treatments never worked and I had to call them to come in between scheduled treatments. Joshua's people would come during the day and never ring the bell. They would then claim that nobody was home and they couldn't spray inside the home although we always had someone at home. I canceled the service and they continued billing me until I called to complain.
