They had a young guy come to my door today. I have a huge "No Soliciting" sign. All other people pay attention to it. Not this idiot. He ignores the sign and knocsk loudly on my door like he owned the place. As*swipe. At 700pm in the evening during our dinner. He's lucky I didnt grab my baseball bat. Dumb f'in moron. Joshuas Pest Control is unethical and unprofessional. They send nice young sales men door to door to bate customers into switching from other more reputable companies. We live in Carlsbad and are having nothing but major issues with this company. Joshuas gets you into a contract and then the service quality drops. Joshuas office manager has the worst customer service skills!! She has a negative condescending terrorist attitude towards their customers. STAY CLEAR!!!
They're a scam! try them out once and they'll lock you in a contract for 12 months! two days after their service, many new insects living in my yard.
Horrible customer service and when we did get service the service tech made a muddy mess on our property leaving us to clean it up. They have lost my credit card number 2 times along with the service aggreement.
Got rid of my gophers. I had been using Exhart electric stakes for Home depot for a couple frustrating months, with no luck. They got rid of my problem with one visit.
Great people working for this company- I recommend your services.
