My personal contact came after a trip to the ER, while ‘taking care of my brother’ who was recovering from rotator cuff surgery from Dr. Alpert. I broke my shoulder and arm and upon my release from the ER, I was told to see an orthopedic surgeon within the week. – How was I supposed to get that arranged? Dr. Alpert and his staff are wonderful to deal with. Very professional and they insure that they explain the procedures and care that they are rendering to me.
was told by him that he is not a foot & ankle doctor, it was the way he talked to me very disrespectful. Dr. Bartels staff wanted m,e to go there for an X-ray of my foot ,to save time because my Doctor was so booked up. I'll never go back to this facility

Dr. Alpert has been extremely thoughtful, communicative and effective in the diagnosis and treatment of my son. After my son injured his knee playing basketball, Dr. Alpert helped us quickly obtain an MRI, evaluated the pictures and laid out our options (with recommendations) in a clear way. Ultimately we decided on surgery. His performance leading up, during and after was outstanding, not to mention his team's performance in support. I'm happy to say my son is recovering well. Dr. Alpert = highest recommendation.
I came to Dr. Alpert for a second opinion . He is very kind and took the time to help me to understand not only the MRI and Xrays but how my knee should work and what is currently happening. We went over all of the things that I have been doing for my knee and he assured me that I was doing everything that I could be doing.
Second time using Dr Alpert for an issue and once again a great experience! Don’t ever hesitate to go, you’ll be in good hands!
