I been seeing Dr. Joshua Alpert since July of 2019, I am very happy with his approach to helping me get to better state of health, I was please when I found out surgery was not the first option if not needed! He and the staff are very professional and the environment is comfortable. I did end up having surgeon and my quality of life got so much better. Dr. Alpert came in to my life when I needed to address shoulder pain I was having. When a cortisone shot didn't help, and after an MRI, it was apparent I needed surgery. Dr. Alpert explained I needed a complete rotator cuff repair and what to expect for recovery. My surgery (June 2020) went smooth, my healing progressed very well as I adhered to all of his advice and was also very resolute with my physical therapy. After sustaining a significant shoulder injury, I sought treatment from Dr Alpert. He listened tentatively to my concerns and initially chose a conservative course of treatment. When the prescribed treatment was unable to fully restore my shoulder to the function I required, Dr Alpert explained our only recourse would be surgery. Went to Dr. Alpert for a frozen shoulder and went to physical therapy for 6 weeks and then he recommended an MRI and it showed lots of Arthritis and a slight tear in the Rotator Cuff.
Very fast, service, 1st visit was a breeze, very thorough, and communicated everything well.
Dr. Alpert is very professional and more importantly, kind. I am very glad to have him as my doctor.
Dr Alpert has always been friendly, efficient, and thorough. I am impressed with his knowledge and care. And his staff are wonderful too!
