Dr. Alpert is a great doctor. I would go back to him if need be. Only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 is wait times can be rather long.
Everyone in this office is great. They are polite and professional. The issue I was having with my wrist was thoroughly explained to me, treatment was provided the same day of my visit. When I called the following day with a concern The doctor called me back immediately. The doctor, physician assistant, nurse and office staff are exceptional.
Dr. Alpert recently operated on me. Upon discovery of the torn muscle Dr. Alpert clearly laid out the benefits for performing surgery and the time line for recovery, providing me helpful information in preparation. Day of surgery, Dr. Alpert was thoughtful in reviewing what was ahead for me - which helped ease my mind. Spent very little time with me. Just wanted to do surgery. I asked only a few questions about alternatives and he very rudely told me i asked too many questions..... didn't act the least bit concerned about what i was going through nor fully evaluate my issue
They have been open throughout the pandemic I've had alot of problems with my knee He is a wonderful Doctor
