Was able to schedule an Appt. within 24hours of calling, the office staff and Dr. are friendly. Explained my type of fracture, what was needed to heal properly, and follow up care. They have two locations. I would recommend Dr.Alpert.
Dr Alpert was professional, empathic, and thorough. He explained my diagnosis clearly and recommended physical therapy. I was relieved I did not need surgery. He was on time and his office staff very polite. He is clearly a very well trained and experienced physician. How nice to find this kind of attentive, smart, and caring doctor! Dr. Alpert is a great doctor. I would go back to him if need be. Only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 is wait times can be rather long.
Everyone in this office is great. They are polite and professional. The issue I was having with my wrist was thoroughly explained to me, treatment was provided the same day of my visit. When I called the following day with a concern The doctor called me back immediately. The doctor, physician assistant, nurse and office staff are exceptional.
Dr. Alpert recently operated on me. Upon discovery of the torn muscle Dr. Alpert clearly laid out the benefits for performing surgery and the time line for recovery, providing me helpful information in preparation. Day of surgery, Dr. Alpert was thoughtful in reviewing what was ahead for me - which helped ease my mind.
