The staff & Dr’s seem nice & answered all my questions. The only negative I see is the office wait was extremely long especially when someone else has to drive you and are taking time off work.
Very efficient in going over options and explaining why I have the issue with my knee. Excellent listening skills with me having input in the solution to my problem.
Dr Albert has a very pleasant manner, and thoroughly discusses your needs. I love the way the whole office is understanding of your personal situation.
Dr Alpert did an exam, x-Ray and ordered an MRI to get more information. So far, he’s doing everything to get to the bottom of the problem. Trusting a good outcome.
I came today have Dr.Alpert inject cordzone shot into both knees. The visit went well. Also gave me a referral to another specialist.
Was great, he’s understanding, easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
Dr Alpert was very compassionate and explaining everything very thoughtful.
This is my third visit with Dr. Alpert. Each time he’s been been consistent in his exceptional professionalism, courteous and empathetic demeanor and transparent presentation of treatment options. I’ve never felt rushed and feel empowered to make health care decisions that make the most sense for me. The staff is great, too!
Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. We brought our mom there for knee pain, the staff took X-rays and determined she had severe arthritis. The girls explained everything to us, told us our options, and started off with cortisone injections. We only saw Dr. Alpert for a few minutes, but we were all happy with our 1st visit at the clinic. We’ll be returning in 4 weeks, hopefully with good results.
