I got hurt at work on Sunday and had an appointment at orthoIllinois made it all to the appointment with my wife and 3 month old cause I could not drive only to find out they could not see me unless I used my own insurance due to and issue with work comp. My wife called fox valley orthopedics and they got me in immediately with Doctor Alpert. He saw me and was amazing, kind and smart. Will go back for any type of orthopedics needs.
We went to see Dr. Alpert because my mom has been experiencing severe right shoulder pain. Dr. Alpert assessed her shoulder thoroughly, explaining each step of the examination in a way we could easily understand. He provided us with different treatment options, detailing the pros and cons of each, which made us feel more informed and confident in making a decision.
