Dr. Alpert takes his time to go over everything. He ensures that you have all your questions answered, and have a clear understanding of procedures required and post op expectations. His staff is incredibly accommodating, and he has several locations to make seeing him even easier. Had a sore elbow and Dr Albert took care of it right away. Fast response time. Great follow up and best of all my elbow feels better. Would highly recommend him!
I was promptly attended by Dr Alpert and his service was excellent.
Dr is concerned shoulder is stiff so I have to exercise more to get shoulder moving.
Dr. Alpert saw me right away for my knee injury. He listened to me and asked questions. He didn't jump right to a surgical recommendation and instead helped me understand my options. I would use him again in an instant and highly recommend him to anyone with a shoulder or knee issue.
Dr. Alpert’s office was conveniently located by the front door. We had a short wait while filling out a few forms. We then saw Dr. Alpert, who was very personable and made us feel comfortable. He came to a conclusion about how to relieve my husband’s pain within minutes. He said the pain in the knee was caused by Arthritis. He then gave my husband a Cortisone shot and my husband found pain relief right away.
I felt 'listened to and heard' regarding my health issues.
Dr.Alpert and his staff are very good at listening to their patients and gives every option for treatment and care that I am able to understand, they are not condescending in any way, the office is extremely clean and very good at getting you in on time for your appointment without having to wait
