The Dr really took care of me, cared what I thought and didn’t feel rushed.
The office is very neat & clean. Everything was great, the staff was very nice & informative. I had no problems or issues it was a great experience. I would definitely return to this office & refer friends & family.
I have been seeing Dr. Alpert for 3 years. He did my shoulder surgery and has been helping me with pain associated with osteoarthritis in both knees. He is very patient knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining treatment.
I been seeing Dr. Joshua Alpert since July of 2019, I am very happy with his approach to helping me get to better state of health, I was please when I found out surgery was not the first option if not needed! Dr. Alpert came in to my life when I needed to address shoulder pain I was having. When a cortisone shot didn't help, and after an MRI, it was apparent I needed surgery. Dr. Alpert explained I needed a complete rotator cuff repair and what to expect for recovery. After sustaining a significant shoulder injury, I sought treatment from Dr Alpert. He listened tentatively to my concerns and initially chose a conservative course of treatment. When the prescribed treatment was unable to fully restore my shoulder to the function I required, Dr Alpert explained our only recourse would be surgery. Went to Dr. Alpert for a frozen shoulder and went to physical therapy for 6 weeks and then he recommended an MRI and it showed lots of Arthritis and a slight tear in the Rotator Cuff.
Very fast, service, 1st visit was a breeze, very thorough, and communicated everything well.
