I paid Mr. Tomsheck $15,000 the day I hired him to represent my son. The lawyer before him had already done all the work. His only responsibility was to get my son a better deal. HE DID NOT ACCOMPLISH THAT! I still don't know what exactly he did for my sons case. He showed up at court laughing and joking with the D.A (who was the prosecutor on my son's case) who he alluded was his good friend.
